1) What kind of clothes will I find on your website?
ReJuvByRuth is a collection of high-quality, handmade loungewear — fashionable, casual clothes, suitable for relaxing and laying around at home.
2) Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship nationwide in the US.
As the business continues to expand, we will add more and more countries to our list.
If you live outside the US, please follow us on social media to keep up to date about the new countries we ship to.
3) When will I receive my order?
Your order is processed and sent within 1 to 3 working days following the day you placed it. The average shipping time is 2 to 3 business days.
Consequently, your parcel will be at your doorstep in around 3 to 6 working days after the day of purchase.
4) What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the total weight of your parcel, your exact location, and some other technical factors.
That's why it’s difficult to list specific costs on our website.
However, we always aim to charge the lowest shipping costs possible.
Prior to finalizing your order and during checkout, you will be informed about the exact shipping cost of your order.
5) Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently NOT able to accept any request for a return and/or exchange.
However, if you receive incorrect, damaged, or faulty garments, please contact us at RejuvByRuth1@gmail.com as soon as possible to arrange a return.
6) Do you offer any discounts?
We love our customers and we are doing our very best to keep you happy!
That’s why we offer you a 10% discount on your first order. The only thing you have to do is subscribe to our newsletter.
Plus, from time to time we run promotions, sales, offers, contests, and seasonal discounts. Stay tuned to our website and our social media accounts to stay informed about our latest news and promotions!

7) How would I know if the garment I like is back in stock?
That's an easy one!
From time to time, go back to our website, check our social media for restock updates, or subscribe to our newsletter to get automatically informed about new arrivals and “Back In Stock” items.
8) How do I know if you received my order?
After your order is placed and your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Please check your inbox and spam folder for your order confirmation.

9) After placing my order, can I add any extra items?
Unfortunately no.
Once an order is placed, a shipping label is created. In this case, the best you can do is to place another order.
10) How do I know if I picked the right size?
On every individual product page of a garment you can find detailed info about sizing and/or the corresponding size guide.
11) What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived yet?
Once we have processed and dispatched your order, we will send you an email update along with the tracking number of your parcel.
You will be informed as soon as possible if we are experiencing any delays or if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason.

12) How should I take care of loungewear purchased from you?
Each of our garments needs its own special treatment. You will get all the necessary info with your order.
Here are some general instructions on how to take care of your loungewear clothes to ensure they last longer:
• Check and follow the care instructions on the label.
• Machine wash at up to 30°C.
• Wash inside out with similar colors.
• Do not use bleach.
• Avoid leaving to soak; do not twist.
• Do not dry clean.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Dry flat in shade.
• Iron on a low setting inside out.
• If your garment is made of delicate fabrics such as silk and the label says "delicate," we recommend washing it by hand using a detergent suitable for wool and silk.

13) Color Disclaimer
Various factors, such as your screen resolution, color settings, display type, lighting conditions during the photoshoot, and the fact that each person sees colors differently, can all affect how the colors are displayed electronically.
Consequently, actual colors may vary slightly.
